Bartın, Türkiye — 27–29 November 2025 — The 20th International Congress of Research in Education (ICRE 2025), organized annually by the International Association of Educational Researchers (ULEAD), will be held in Bartın with the joint support of Bartın University and Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. The congress will focus on “Transformative, Innovative, and Inclusive Approaches in Shaping the Future of Education.”

This major academic event will bring together scholars, educators, and researchers from around the world to share high-quality scientific research and foster dialogue on contemporary issues in education. The congress provides a platform for presenting research findings and innovative educational practices across a wide range of thematic areas, including educational policy, curriculum and instruction, measurement and evaluation, guidance and psychological counseling in education, artificial intelligence applications in education, lifelong learning, special education, teacher training, and many other fields.

Abstract submissions are currently being accepted online, and participants are encouraged to contribute their work to this prestigious forum. Following the congress, accepted presentations will be published in a full-text proceedings book and in qualified academic journals after the peer-review process.
